french artists have an unfair advantage. croissants. the lourve. french cafes. and wearing a baret without looking like a tool. if these aren't clear evidence of a perfect creative environment, i don't know what is.

florian nicolle, must be eating his fair share of crepes and beef bourguignon, because these portrait illustrations are ridiculous. so ridiculous in fact that i'm working on one of myself in his style. the craziest part of this 23 year old french artist's work... he works in photoshop(!?). maybe if i go sit at la madeleine's my laptop could channel paris - hello google maps!
